The following are closed Monday to observe Columbus Day, a federal and state holiday:
• All county, state and federal offices (including post offices), Grover Beach city offices, schools in the Paso Robles, San Luis Coastal, San Miguel and Templeton districts.
• County library branches are closed Monday and Tuesday.
