Labor Day is being observed today. Here are some places that are closed:

• All libraries and federal, state, county, city and community-service and school district offices; Cal Poly and Cuesta College; banks and stock markets; post offices (though Express Mail will be delivered); and Tribune offices.

• County library branches are also closed Tuesday, but Paso Robles’ city-run library will be open Tuesday.
