Aguayos home run to lead off the fourth began a five-run inning that saw the Blues take a 5-3 lead.
Cory Burleson added an RBI triple, and Chad Christensen had a two-run single to put the Blues (29-17) ahead for good.
Kindel had three hits, a walk and scored a run for San Luis Obispo.
Brock Duke picked up his fifth win of the summer, pitching 31⁄3 innings of scoreless relief.
Former Mission Prep standout Dylan Morrow, who is playing collegiately at San Jose State, allowed one hit and struck out three in two innings of work.

Cal Poly incoming freshman Jimmy Allen was 3 for 4 with three RBI to lead San Luis Obispo on the road.
Allens two-run double in the fifth inning brought the Rattlers (19-25, 9-24 California Collegiate League) to within a run at 3-2.
Two innings later, Allen hit an RBI single to give San Luis Obispo a 4-3 lead.
Jeremy Gonzales allowed two earned runs in five innings, striking out three and walking none.
