The July 21 concert will start at 7:30 a.m. on the Main Grandstand. Tickets go on sale March 27, and will cost $30, $40, $50 or $75.

Teen pop singer Justin Bieber will perform opening night of the California Mid-State Fair.
The July 21 concert will start at 7:30 a.m. on the Main Grandstand. Tickets go on sale March 27, and will cost $30, $40, $50 or $75.
The 16-year-old released his first album in November, with the singles "One Time," "One Less Lonely Girl, "Love Me" and "Favorite Girl" making it to the Top 40 of the Billboard Hot 100.
Bieber's second album, MY WORLD 2.0 is set to be released March 23.
The appearance at the Mid-State Fair is part of his first headlining tour.
Tickets can be purchased at http://www.midstatefair.com, by phone at 1-800-909-FAIR, any ValliTix outlet or at the California Mid-State Fair box office, at 2198 Riverside Avenue in Paso Robles.
