The two businesses that remain intact at the Foothill Square in San Luis Obispo reopened this morning.
The Rock & Roll Hair Salon and SLO Textbooks opened their doors to business for the first time since last week’s fire gutted several nearby businesses.
Cabo San Luis restaurant was completely destroyed in the blaze, which is now being investigated as an arson case.
Kona’s Deli, which operated next to Cabo San Luis for more than two decades, is also a complete loss.
