John Lindsey, a local weather forecaster, reports that the storms that rolled through on Friday and today produced between 1 and 2 inches of rain in the coastal valleys with lesser amounts in the interior.
He notes that during the month of February, San Luis Obispo normally receives a total of nearly 5 inches of rain.
