Prep Soccer: Wack leads Eagles to win

Morgan Wack scored the first four goals for the Arroyo Grande High boys soccer team in a 5-2 home win over Nipomo on Friday.

Nipomo�s Diego Deleon and Eric Pulido scored early in the game to give Nipomo a quick lead.

Wack scored all four of his goals in the second half, and Dylan Efron added the fifth on an assist by Eric Simon for the Eagles (12-6-1, 3-1-1 PAC 7).

�It was the tale of two halves. Nipomo got a quick lead in the first half and we regrouped in the second,� Arroyo Grande coach Brad Bowdey said.

San Luis Obispo 2, Paso Robles 1

Justin Vogel and Jeremy Cleere scored goals for the Tigers (9-6, 3-2 PAC 7).

Paso Robles (8-6-2, 1-3) got a late goal from Angel Garcia but was unable to put an equalizer in the net in the final 10 minutes.

Coast Union 3, King City 0

Luis BeAlba scored the first goal for Coast Union (6-3) in the first half to give the Broncos an early lead.

Diego Pena and Rogelio Garcia added a goal each for Coast Union.

Victor Casas assisted on two goals, and Uri Escalera had four saves for the Broncos.

GIRLS SOCCER

Arroyo Grande 7, Nipomo 0

Lupita Leon had a hat trick for Arroyo Grande.

Two of Leon�s scores came on assists from Niesha Diaz.

Mallory Flatebo added two scores for Arroyo Grande (14-3, 4-1 PAC 7), while Maddie Ravalin and Kate Reinhardt also tallied. Sammy Wheeler had two assists, and Cheyenne Rodriguez made one save for Arroyo Grande.

San Luis Obispo 1, Paso Robles 0, OT

Kiele Argente scored the winning goal for the Tigers (15-1-2, 4-1 PAC 7) in overtime. Shannon Fontes picked up an assist on the game winner.
