A limited number of seasonal flu shots will be available at the 50+ Expo in Arroyo Grande on Tuesday.
The free event, which lasts from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., will feature information about health, finance, fitness, business services, personal safety and leisure.
Arroyo Grande Hospital, one of the sponsors, says it will have only 60 seasonal flu shots available, on a first-come, first-served basis. A co-sponsor, Community Health Centers, has no flu shots at all.
There is no H1N1 vaccine available.
Free finger-stick cholesterol tests, blood pressure tests and glucose tests will be available at the event.
The expo, which will include informational displays, will be held at the South County Community Center, 800 West Branch St., in Arroyo Grande.
For more information, go to the website of yet another sponsor, the Arroyo Grande Chamber of Commerce
