Pink was the color of choice Thursday for the Paso Robles High School varsity football team as players supported National Breast Cancer Awareness Month.
The players have worn T-shirts on campus and around town every Thursday in October. They hope to raise awareness in addition to the $1,000 theyve already collected to donate to breast cancer research, athletic trainer Todd Olivera said.
