A half-ounce of methamphetamine was allegedly found inside the home of a Morro Bay man Thursday morning, according to the citys police department.
Police arrested Russell Gregory McCormick, 50; Amanda Rae Saunders, 25; and Kathryn Pearl Cady, 51, on suspicion of controlled substance violations.
After serving a warrant, Morro Bay officers searched the home on the 400 block of Fresno Street after learning of alleged narcotics sales activity, according to the department.
McCormick who allegedly was found with a loaded shotgun and $2,500 in cash was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance for sale, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, possession of a firearm by a narcotics addict, and possession of narcotics for sale.
Police said Saunders and Cady were in the home when they made the search.
Saunders was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance and possession of a syringe. Cady was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance for sale.
Police said they located computers, hard drives and surveillance cameras filming both the inside and outside of the home. The equipment was seized for further investigation and forensic analysis, police said.
All three suspects were booked at County Jail.
