Three Santa Maria men allegedly created multiple problems in downtown San Luis Obispo early Thursday morning, including threats, battery, vandalism and being drunk in public.
The men, identified as Matthew Barba, Sean Wolfe and Jacob Boster, all 21, allegedly threatened and then assaulted two people in the 1100 block of Chorro, police said.
The trio set off an alarm at a local business and walked eastbound on Marsh Street, police said. They then allegedly challenged two men delivering food to a business in the Downtown Center, who fled in the delivery vehicle.
The three men then continued to walk in the downtown area, police said, vandalizing three parked vehicles.
All three men were arrested at Higuera and Morro streets and taken to County Jail, where bail was set at $3,200.
