RUNNING AND TRIATHLONS
Registration is ongoing for the City of San Luis Obispo Parks and
Recreation Department¹s 28th annual triathlon. The SLO Triathlon is a
1-2-mile pool swim, 15.3-mile bike ride and 3.1-mile run July 22. Register

Mission Multisport will host triathlon camps in June and July at Sinsheimer Pool in San Luis Obispo and will also host four one-day intensive courses in general triathlon instruction in August. The group also is hosting the first race in a three-race series, the Avila Bay Athletic Club Aquathlon Series, June 24 at 8 a.m. The series features competitors swimming 600 yards and then running two miles. The second race is Aug. 19 and the third is Sept. 16. Athletes may participate in one, two or all three races as an individual or as a team. The first annual Guadalupe Half-Marathon and 10K Walk will take place July
